Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Hadley Chloe® LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Hadley Chloe® does not ship/deliver to PO boxes. Hadleychloe.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. All orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt and shipped via Federal Express Saver for $7.99 (average time in transit = 3 to 4 business days) or Federal Express Second Day Air for $22. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Hadleychloe.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or company observed holidays.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Hadley Chloe® LLC sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances.

• Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to send additional product photos, schedule a complimentary Zoom appointment and answer any questions before you make a purchase. • If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, please email your concern to hadley@hadleychloe.com within 48 hours of receiving item(s) for an exchange. Items sent back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Hadley Chloe® LLC reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please insure contents as we cannot be responsible for damage or loss during transit. 

• Special orders and custom orders are final sale - refunds and exchanges are not applicable.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please note that each piece is original and unique. Stones can be delicate and may have inclusions or chip if not carefully worn. Do not keep jewelry in direct sunlight as prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause some gemstones to fade and lose their color. Rings, earrings or pendants and necklaces may break or bend out of shape if mishandled. Gold, sterling silver, copper and brass are soft metals with texture variations due to the handcrafted elements of each piece of jewelry and tarnishing is a natural occurrence due to oxidation. Gold vermeil, gold-plated and gold-filled items will tarnish over time and glued on crystals may loosen or fall off. Do not swim, bathe or shower while wearing Hadley Chloe® LLC jewelry, and remove rings before washing your hands. Handcrafted jewelry and apparel will have slight imperfections and variations from piece to piece, meaning no two pieces will be entirely identical or exactly as pictured.
